Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning established by the Coleman family in July 1991 in Buffalo, NY; quickly grew to be one of the largest locally owned HVAC companies in Western New York.

Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning was highly regarded for their quality service and technical expertise and 100% customer satisfaction. Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning adopted the motto:

In 1998, Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning saw the start of the Coleman Plumbing & Electric Division and the revitalization of their commercial mechanical group. In 1999, they became Coleman Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

In 2000, Coleman Heating and Air Conditioning became the areas first all-inclusive contractors in heating, air conditioning, plumbing, eleIn 2001, during the economic recession caused by 911, they received an offer to sell Coleman Mechanical to a national competitor. That being one the toughest decisions the Coleman family ever made, they sold the company. They stayed on board to manage the transition to ensure the legacy of Coleman Mechanical.

After the Coleman family relocated in July of 2003, Coleman Mechanical Services was established in Charlotte, NC. The company’s main goal was 100% customer satisfaction and Coleman Mechanical Services experienced phenomenal growth. The company was dedicated to bringing trust and integrity back to the HVAC industry. While national companies had started a trend of giving service technicians commissions in order to boost sales and installations, this trend which was also adopted by some smaller companies, began to have a negative effect on the HVAC industry. New stations and national shows such as, Action Nine & 20/20 had started to do investigations with hidden cameras that exposed service technicians trying to sell unneeded repairs in order to make more commissions. This made customers very uncomfortable with the HVAC industry. This was one trend that Coleman Mechanical Services did not follow; they took another path and started the “Bringing you total comfort” campaign which brought integrity back into the HVAC industry. “Bringing you total comfort!” is the company’s motto that is still used today.

In 2006 Coleman Mechanical Services made a great acquisition purchasing Allstar Services of Charlotte, a fully licensed Heating, Air- Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical Company. Ironically Allstar was co-founded by one of our biggest clients today Mr. Allen Tate of Allen Tate Realty.

In 2007 Coleman Service Group LLC was established and became the parent company of Coleman Mechanical Services, Coleman Plumbing Services, Coleman Electrical Services, Coleman Handyman Services, Change My Filters and, their own line of Heating and Air Conditioning equipment Total Comfort. Coleman Services LLC has become the area’s largest all-inclusive company with thousands of satisfied customers and is still rapidly growing. With well qualified, knowledgeable technicians, and 24-hour service the Coleman Service Group LLC has become one of the Carolinas premier service groups.
